Refund Policy
A legal disclaimer
MRI Soccer Academy reserves the right to determine eligibility for refunds on a case-by-case basis. All refund requests must be submitted in writing and are subject to review and approval by our administrative team.
Submitting a request does not guarantee a refund. Refunds may be reduced by processing fees or withheld entirely in the event of late notice, no-shows, disciplinary removal, or non-refundable deposit terms. Credits for future programs may be offered in place of a refund at the academy’s discretion.
MRI Soccer Academy is not responsible for refunds due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to inclement weather, facility closures, or unforeseen schedule changes.
By enrolling in any program, you agree to this refund policy and understand that all decisions made by MRI Soccer Academy regarding refunds are final.
Refund Policy - the basics

By registering for any program offered by MRI Soccer Academy, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Refund Policy. MRI Soccer Academy has a strict no-refund policy except under the limited circumstances detailed below.
1. Standard Policy
All registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. This includes situations involving scheduling conflicts, travel, change of plans, or participant withdrawal for any reason.
2. Medical Exceptions
Refunds due to medical emergencies may be considered only if a written request is submitted prior to the start of the program and accompanied by a valid doctor’s note. Approval is not guaranteed and, if granted, may result in a partial refund or program credit, minus administrative fees.
3. Weather and Force Majeure
MRI Soccer Academy is not responsible for cancellations due to weather, facility closures, or circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of nature, public health restrictions, or safety concerns. In such cases, no refunds will be issued. Credit toward a future program may be offered at our discretion.
4. No-Shows and Early Departures
No refunds or credits will be provided for participants who do not attend scheduled sessions or who leave early for any reason, including illness or behavioral removal.
5. Processing Fees
If any refund or credit is granted, MRI Soccer Academy reserves the right to deduct applicable administrative and transaction fees.
6. Request Process
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to mikow27@gmail.com. Verbal requests will not be accepted. MRI Soccer Academy’s decision on all refund matters is final and not subject to appeal.
